Dim Sum is an authentic style of Chinese food, which is prepared as small bite-sized or individual portions of food traditionally served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. From steamed Har Gau dumplings, to wok grilled Wor Tip bites, our menu covers all the dim sum favourites and many more.

Opened in 2003, we specialise in traditional Chinese cuisines, expertly prepared by chefs with over 25 years of experience. Here at Dim Sum, we have a menu which includes a whole range of dim sum, fresh seafood speciality dishes and also a wide range of classic Chinese dishes.
